jimmy for president
If I could elect one person from my family to be president, it would have to be my brother. My brother is the smartest person I know; he has so much knowledge about every little thing. I don’t know how or why, but he is a person I can always rely on if I need an answer, some people are just smart, he is one of them. For as long as I could remember teachers and family or friends, would tell me how “gifted” my brother is, I’m sure he was flattered but I still, to this day, am at a lost for words why he is so smart. I would elect him to be president because he doesn’t like to mess around with nonsense. He is pretty much in it all or nothing when he takes on a task, also he likes to be in charge. My brother would enjoy having a say in how this country goes about things and I know it would be an eye-opener to how tough situations can become. I think he should feel a little bit of stress every once in a while, because at this point, his life isn’t too stressful. He is a good role model and a person we can all learn from. He cares about things that have meaning, like we all do, but he also takes into consideration the feelings of people around him. I think if he were to be elected president, not many changes would be made, more fixed up or more laws to be enforced. He is against drinking, drugs, cell phone use while driving, and when teens have more than one person in the car. Also I think he might change the voting age because he is now twenty, and isn’t even registered. At this age I don’t believe we know enough about the government and the country or even the people running for election, to vote. Every vote counts and I think people really need a good understanding of the effects an election can have on our country. He is a person who only wants good for his body and works out on a daily basis and has never had alcohol. Drinking and drugs does nothing but harm to our bodies, and I think he would change the drinking age and enforce more strict laws when it comes to DUI’s. When my brother was seventeen, he swears he never drove with more than one person in the car, I find it very hard to believe. Now that I am driving he really hates when I have too many kids in the car, I think he just worries about the passengers and I , so that would be something enforced if he could really buckle down. When it comes to the war, he would be the first person to take out the troops and bring them back home to their families. He doesn’t like to be involved with conflict so that would be one of the first steps to move forward.
